What began as our personal journey into homesteading became something we felt called to share—not as an offering of escape, but as a space for reflection. A place where rest is honored, beauty is tended, and daily life is lived with care.

Our Mission

To cultivate beauty, offer rest, and inspire intentional living.

Dean and I are in a season of life where clarity matters more than speed. We grow what we need, savor simple meals, honor the different seasons, and make room for one another and for those who are called to pause here.

Our days revolve around gardening, seasonal cooking, prayer, and long conversations. We sometimes meet our guests on the veranda, or sometimes around the oak table in our kitchen with a glass of iced tea.

Everything here has been shaped with intention.

Who We Are

We are Angela and Dean, a married couple in our 60s who have stewarded this 10 acre plot of land into a place of peace and purpose (30 years and counting).

From the rooftop garden outside the guest suite to the vegetables growing below, this homestead reflects a life built slowly, faithfully, and with care.

We are not fancy.
We are country, faithful, and grounded.

We believe in the power of prayer, the importance of living in the present as well as preparing for the future, and the gift of hospitality offered without expectation.
